Under the motto 'From Science to Startup,' several Freiburg research teams will present their startup ideas and showcase the pioneering work emerging from Freiburg's institutions.
Spin2Win is organized by the arise Accelerator in cooperation with the GRÜNDUNGSBÜRO of the University of Freiburg and supported by Start-up BW. Look forward to a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks, perfect for exchanging ideas and fostering collaboration.

Get moving: At the Hightech Summit 2024
The Hightech Summit takes a close look at the latest technology trends. Under the motto “Minds in Motion”, this year's focus is on rethinking movement in all its facets. The high-tech industry meeting brings together companies, start-ups, investors and local authorities and is a platform for inspiration and exchange.
What comes after the digital transformation?
Movement in all its facets includes not only the movement of goods and people, but also the movement of energy and the mental agility that enables change in our economic system in the first place.
Regardless of whether it is about the movement of goods in global trade, sustainable transportation solutions or a culture of constant change – at the Hightech Summit 2024, movement will be viewed in a new light.

Trinational HealthTech Days: Innovations for the healthcare of the future - developing solutions together!
arise by BadenCampus, together with its partners from the Life Science Accelerator Baden-Württemberg, the University of Basel and Quest for health, invites you to the fifth edition of the Trinational HealthTech Days. This two-day event, which combines thematic panels, networking opportunities and meetings with private investors, aims to bring together start-ups and the health innovation ecosystem in the Upper Rhine region (FR/DE/CH).
Program-Highlights:
- Keynote: “Data centricity - Data quality. Integration in existing healthcare environment” by Dr. Michael Lauk, Chief Digital Officer, B. Braun SE.
- Panel Discussion: “How can we ensure medical care despite exploding costs?” featuring experts like Michel de Mathelin, University of Strasbourg, Oliver Bailey, IQVIA and Julius Wehrle, Data integration centre, University Hospital Freiburg.
- Workshops (2:00pm - 3:30pm): Biotech, Medtech und Digital Health with topics like the new Generation Diagnostics and market access strategies or innovative data integration in the times of AI and ChatGPT.
